DCL zippers

        DCL develops and manufactures a wide variety of zippers, such as invisible zippers, nylon zippers, plastic zippers, metal zippers, and water-proof zippers for a wide array of international Customers. We pride ourselves to also be in the forefront of zipper innovations. We serve both the Garment as well as the Automotive industry. We produce 200 millions of zippers annually. Our zippers can be found in many American and European Garment Brands. Additionally, about 1.2 million DCL zippers are currently installed in Nissan cars. The “DCL” trademark was registered in 2007.

        The company attaches great importance to zipper quality, physical properties and environmental protection performance. Its Quality Assurance Lab deploys a complete set of advanced tensile testers and heavy metal testers, and passed the "Oeko-Tex Standard 100" international eco-textile environmental protection certification in 2008. It passed successfully in July 2009 ISO9001: 2008 international quality management system certification, passed foreign inspections by Wal-Mart and other factories in August 2010, which provides a strong guarantee for the quality of our zippers. In addition, it has become the designated supplier (OEM) for multiple well-known international Zipper Brands.
